The event is hosted by the Illinois Grape Growers and Vintners Alliance in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Agriculture and the Illinois State Fair Foundation.

What should I bring?
There is limited seating, so plan to bring your own chairs if you want to guarantee a seat. Please do not bring tents or awnings.
Can I bring a cooler or outside food or beverages?
Please support our vendors by not bringing any of these outside items.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There are two ways for quick entry into the festival. One is to bring your printed ticket. The other way is to access your ticket via your mobile device by going to http://bpt.me/, logging in, and pulling up your tickets. We can scan the paper copy or the ticket you pull up on your mobile device. When you get to the event, pull up the event on your phone and show us your bar code and you are in!
Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, they are not allowed on the festival grounds.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All guests should be prepared with photo identification showing proof of age.
Can I attend both days?
Yes! Tickets are good for either day, Friday and/or Saturday. If you attend on Friday, you can return Saturday with your wristband and glass and purchase more tasting tickets. You must have both glass and wristband to sample.
What if my designated driver is under 21?
This is an adult event; however, if you have a designated driver that is underage, you can purchase a designated driver ticket for them at a discounted rate of $15.
Which entrance do I use at the Illinois State Fairgrounds?
Enter through Gate 3 off of 9th Street. Parking will be available between Gate 2 & 3 (Gate 2 will be closed). Handicap parking will be well marked in the lots south of the Emmerson Building. The Main Gate parking will be used for weddings and events held in other Dept. of Ag buildings on this weekend, so please do not park there.
Where do we check in?
We will be using the North entrance of Ethnic Village for check in and ID checks (this is the entrance facing the Emmerson Building.
